If the flight controller already has PX4 firmware and is connected to the ground station, it will get stuck in the firmware flashing interface after entering the firmware installation interface. You need to close qgc, unplug the flight controller, reopen qgc, enter the firmware installation interface, and then connect the flight controller to the computer.

The correct operation is as follows:

Without connecting the flight controller to the computer, open QGC, enter vehicle configuration and enter the firmware flashing interface.

Choose to install PX4 PRO, select the firmware version [Developer Compilation (master)], and click OK.

It will show that the upgrade is complete. The current (2025-06-12) firmware version is 1.16.0rc
