Wiring Instructions
Secure the module to the aircraft or other equipment using the 4x M2 screw holes on the back of the sky-end module, and connect cables as shown in the diagram below.

Notes:
-
Users must prepare their own soldering iron and solder for wiring. Ensure soldered joints are secure and free from open circuits or shorts during soldering.
-
This product generates significant heat. Do not touch it directly without external heat dissipation.
-
Avoid prolonged use of the module in environments without external heat dissipation, as this may cause product damage.
-
When installing sky-end antennas:
-
Maintain a minimum spacing of 100mm between the cylindrical sections of the two antennas for optimal communication performance.
-
Keep antennas as far away as possible from metal or carbon fiber components.
-
Ensure antennas remain unobstructed during flight.
-
Firmware Upgrade
Follow these steps to upgrade the Sky-End module:
-
Connect the Sky-End upgrade cable between the remote controller’s AUX interface and the Sky-End module’s UART1 interface. Connect the remote controller to a PC using a Type-C data cable.
-
Power on the remote controller and supply power to the Sky-End module.
-
Launch the CwGcs2BaseMainPC software. After connecting to the remote controller, set the auxiliary serial port mode to CDC<=>AUX.
-
Open the CwGcs2RoverPC software, click "Open Firmware", and select the Sky-End firmware file.
-
Click "Start Upgrade" and wait until the software displays a success message at the bottom.
